The first step is a consultation so we can understand your business requirements. Simply sign up to get started.Once our Sales Officer has discussed our payment solutions with you, we'll proceed with the document signing and the completion of your requirements. After everything has been submitted and approved, you can expect your QR standee to be delivered to your location within 1–2 weeks.Once your QR has been delivered, our Sales Officer will conduct a Merchant Portal Orientation to help you navigate the portal. After that, you're all set to receive payments.

What are the requirements?

For sole proprietors registered under DTI, please prepare the following documents:

DTI Certificate of Registration
BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
Valid Business Permit
Valid ID of the Authorized Signatory
Accomplished MPay Application Forms

For corporations, partnerships, or associations registered with SEC, the following documents are required:

SEC Certificate of Registration
Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, or Articles of Partnership/Association
Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)
Secretary’s Certificate
If the signatory is the Corporate Secretary: Notarized Director’s Resolution
BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
Latest Business Permit
Proof of Address (issued within the last 3 months)
Valid IDs of Authorized Signatories, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), and Officers (front and back)
If applicable: Income Tax Return (ITR) or Audited Financial Statements (AFS)

Additional documents may be requested as part of BSP-mandated compliance checks.

How long is my QRPh code valid?

Your Static QRPh code is valid indefinitely, as long as your merchant account remains active, compliant, and in good standing.

Which banks and e-wallets are supported?

Accepted Answer

QRPh is an interoperable payment system, allowing customers to pay using most Philippine bank mobile apps and e-wallets through a single QR code.

Where are settlement funds credited?

Settlement funds are credited directly to the merchant’s nominated bank account provided during the onboarding process.

Can merchants track transactions and generate reports?

Yes. Through the MPay Merchant Portal, merchants can:

Track transactions in real time
View settlement history
Generate daily and monthly transaction reports
Export data for accounting and reconciliation
